We were very busy this class trying to get to all the things we wanted to do! The Red Squirrels helped me set up the zipline, which required lots of testers. We would try different heights and slope of the rope to see which one kept us from dragging on the ground. After several attempts we were able to find the sweet spot and cruise down on the zipline! We got creative with the mini pumpkins, using different techniques to decorate or carve our pumpkins. We played a new game that required the red squirrels to be quite and sneaky as they moved around the forest! Next class we will do soap carving and build a structure for us!
Connection questions:
Were you a tester for the zipline? how did it feel not knowing if you would glide or drag along the ground?
During baseball camouflage did you enjoying being "it" or running more?
