Thanks to all the aspen we collected last week at Bowmount we were able to create shields all morning. Everyone initially laid out their designs and then we brainstormed the best way to connect it all together. This process was not linear often with setbacks but at the end of class the shields were looking great. It was great to see the sharing of what worked and what didn't with each other. We then tested out the shields in a friendly game of seize the castle! Next week we hope to personalize the shields more and maybe work on their structural integrity as well as hearing more about king Arthur.
