Today the Rabbits were engaged in a snowy tool circle as well as lots of imaginative play, three-way tug-of-war, and sledding! We read a Blackfoot story about the role and teachings attached to different animals that live alongside us on this land, and used puppets to act it out.
We also travelled to the cabin and learned how to needle felt, getting started on our class project for the art gallery. We brainstormed together about all the things the word "Wild" can mean to each of us and we're using those reflections to inform what we create. We look forward to working on this project for the next few weeks and are excited to share what we create!
