The rabbits enjoyed a snowy and warm day on the bluff. We started the day with some sledding because we wanted to take advantage of the quickly melting snow! We also dyed the some snow with jello, which looked really cool.
We then moved on some games. We played zombie ant tag, octopus tag, and ten pass.
Following games, we had out snack and continued to read the book "A Wolf Called Wander." The students then enjoyed drawing in their journals, quite a few of them enjoyed this so much that they continued drawing for free time.
Over the last couple of weeks, we have been working on using ropes and tying knots, so today we worked together to hang up a tarp. The students worked really well together and we eventually created a little shelter that they hung out in.
During free time some of the students played soccer , while others created a lemonade stand, and others drew in their journals.
We ended the day with a carving activity. We carved stamps out of potatoes and used some paint to stamp them on to cardboard.
