Nuthatches, Mar 6

It was a beautiful day which allowed to remember what forest school is like without mittens on! The nuthatches have been practicing their carving skills and today they were even more independent using the peelers to carve the bark off their sticks. We also played with ropes and pulleys, filling buckets and figuring out how to make the bucket drop faster. On the way back form our spot the Nuthatches followed the water until it turned into a waterfall just before the bottom of the hill. Ask your Nuthatch if we found the bottom of the water fall or not!
