Today the nuthatches enjoyed exploring the icy path way at our spot. Once we figured out a safe way to play on the ice the nuthatches really enjoyed sliding themselves and other objects down the ice. While some slid others hammered the ice uncovering the payment beneath. We got to practice our carving skills today using soap and little carving tools. Ask your Nuthatch what they carved. Then we continued to explore sound, drumming on many different types of materials all together.
