Today was a great day to play in the snow! We headed to our favorite winter spot the bike track and spent some time enjoying all the fresh snow! Some Chickadees painted in the snow, others made cakes and some made snow angels. Then we practiced our map reading skills and found stuffies and pylons hidden around our spot. There was lots of good team work as the chickadees worked together to collect everything and help each other out. The Chickadees noticed many birds at the bike track and were reminded of the frozen bird feeders we made early this winter. So after a quick snack inside we made more of our bird feeders and will hang them up next class!

Connection questions:

Did you like hiding or finding the pylons more?

What did you put in your bird feeder?

Were you able to stab all the way through the carrrot? or Did you peel yours?
