In today’s squirrels class we experimented with colors and created colorful drawings with the help of all the moisture on the ground. Everyone tried a different amount, style or grouping of markers and when laid down on the wet asphalt the colors spread and changed. We noticed that the papers with the most marker spread the most and that the color black turned into many different colors. Some of the Squirrels changed so much we couldn’t recognize them by the end of class.

When the temperature started to drop we played a some of our favourite games, earlier in the year when asked if anyone wanted a friend in octopus tag to help them, most of the Squirrels choose to play solo however this time everyone had a friend in mind to join them. Ask your squirrel which friend they choose.

During free time there was a group in the kitchen working together on some recipes, some rolling down the rock pile and a few playing with the elevators. Ask your squirrel which group they were a part of!
