Animal card tag last week led to number card tag this week. We had the same teams and were excited to see who would be victorious. After playing for a while, quite evenly matched, a time limit was suggested and rejected. It turned out the rules and team strategies were being questioned on both sides so we discussed how we all wanted to play the game to make it more fun.

To get ready for next weeks climbing trip we practiced putting on harnesses and tying a figure 8 knot to secure the climber to the rope. Thanks to Mika and Kaia for talking us through belaying with a grigri and climbing commands. We will hopefully be able to climb for longer next week when we remember all this.

There was a lot of chat on the english language with there being two teachers from England who use some very english pronunciations and weird words! We have a lot of fun (mainly at my expense ;-) ) with accents and dialect and maybe one day I'll catch a Coyote using a phrase they've picked up from me - I can wish!
