Rabbits - September 2, 2025

It was great to see both familiar and new faces back with the Rabbits class back yesterday! This was the first time having a full day class for the Rabbits and it was really fun.

We started the day playing lots of games in the park. The students seemed to especially enjoy the game 'squirrel and nut.' After the games, we made our way up to our regular spot on the bluff. We liked being able to use the newly re-opened pathway to walk up.

On the walk up the pathway, the Rabbits immediately began identifying plants and berries and then moved into free time and created a kitchen together.

We decided to go inside for lunch to take a break from the smoke. During lunch, we enjoyed hearing about everyone's adventures over the summer.

After lunch we went back to the park to play some more games. Then we moved on to a sewing and beading project which we will work on for a couple of classes. We ended the day playing with a rocket launcher, it was an awesome first day back together.
