The Foxes spent the morning playing games on the bluff. We went from Fox in the Hole to Skinwalkers vs Humans, which propelled us down the bluff at full speeds and climbing back up a number of time. This is how you can stay warm during this cold snap. The Foxes were unphased. We ended the morning with a vigurous game of Gimmie, Gimmie, Gimmie. Julien was our referee and we all agreed that she was fair but strict!
During lunch we read Greyson's Skinwalker story that impressed us and gave us the creeps. Well done Greyson! After lunch we opened up an indoor tool circle. The Foxes were filled with inspiration and eager to make weapons. Check out their beautiful workmanship. Leather work takes loads of patience.
For the afternoon we went back to the bluff where one group of Foxes searched for new grounds to make a new fort - something to stash all their new weapons in. The other group was happy experimenting with how to make fluffy snow stick into shapes. There was also some fun rides down the bluff on old skis.
The Foxes have come together even more as a team after this cold snap. There is something so rewarding about getting through the extreme weather together!
