Coyotes, June 12

What a class of athletes! Our 20 km bike ride today was a success! With our meandering route to Sandy Beach park, we were able to see the Stampede Grounds, and our route on the way back took us through the Cycle Track downtown - quite the Tour de Calgary!

At the river, we tested out the flow and froze our ankles in the water, but warmed up with a good game of Zombie Apocalypse. Because we were near the river, we used the water to make paint and decorate the rocks, and also...used fire to make art with paper! Their results will be given next week to take home!

We will be having a special class next week, but it's a secret! All we'll say is that you need to bring your bike helmet...but not your bike. Even though we love you parents, the Coyotes have opted not to have you return early for some fun...sorry!

We are taking the time to reflect on our year, and express gratitude for what and who we are. Ask your Coyote how they have changed over the year, and how they've noticed others change as well.
