Owls

It was a remarkably different day from last week and we took the time to move at a bit of a slower pace. We played games in the morning that focused on teamwork. We made a swing with the help from Mr. Gabe, who visited us today and showed us some pretty cool knots. The tool circle was a hit and everyone enjoyed some unstructured time to welcome spring.

In the afternoon we made individual fires again. The Owls are still a little to quick to light their match before they have all their wood prepared, but fires were made! Thank you Clay for bringing the smores. I'm sorry the graham crackers got crumbled. We also had popcorn with tajin to say goodbye to what will most likely be our last fire of the season. We talked about the spring and it seems like everyone is pretty excited to go to the river!
