News Flash: Mrs. Rikia has announced an additional WilderChildYYC camp for the week of July 22nd to July 26th.
The camp is for ages: 7-9 with a capacity of 6 kids. It runs from 10am-3pm. The locations are; Monday, Bowmont; Tuesday, Edworthy; Wednesday, Silversprings, Thursday: 12 mile coulee or Griffith Woods; Friday, class choice.
What to expect from a WilderChildYYC camp? Exploring natural spaces at a child's pace and with a child's curiosity, tool use, lots of water play, lots of imaginative play, crafts, survival skills and more. Everyday is child led, while Mrs. Rikia pretty much facilitates navigating the spaces and making sure it's safe.
The cost of the camp is $300 for the week. Transportation from Sunnyside is available for three kids for an extra $50 for the week.
