Another incredible January day for the Squirrels class. We embraced the warm weather with more free time and loose parts since we didn't have to keep moving to stay warm. One of the surprises in free time is who is drawn to play together, this Squirrels class is always changing up who they are playing with and eacb unique combo creates a new play dynamic and adventure. We had fort decorators and builders, creative animal play (bears or wolves) and then more physical exploration of the space.

We brought out the tools and soap carving for some creative building time. There was some unique nail art made and lots of sawing. Check your Squirrels backpack for their soap carving piece. As always there was lots of running around and and tree climbing.
