Squirrels, Feb 18
What a perfect snow day! We were able to find out way back to our new spot - you have to slide down a hill to get there! Some children began creating a zip line rope over a pit area; it took quite a bit of problem solving to work out how high to place the ropes, how to tie the knots, and how to hang on the rope. Our skating adventure was a success, with all the skaters confidant in their abilities! Making snow ice cream was a breeze was the fresh snow, and our sit spot today was a Walking spot; we walked through a treed area, trying to notice the non-natural items that had been placed in our path. We noticed that going slow helped us to notice more, also going quietly was less distracting and helped us notice more. A great lesson for all of us!
