Rabbits - October 1

Today we proudly flew our Rabbits Class flag for the first time! It was a group effort to get it strung up on the ropes and tied to trees but it was fun to see our work before our eyes.

Animal card tag got us all running around and warmed up this morning.

During snack time we read a story about Arachne, and her fate. Ask your Rabbit what Arachne weaved now.

We all worked on peeling and chopping apples that will turn into yummy apple sauce we will taste next class.

Next we took a stroll up to the top of the bluff to take in the fall colours and a view of our beautiful city. We did some watercolour painting thinking about the colours of the season.

Free play is always a popular activity for this group, and the tea shop continued, along with some fort building and weapons play.
