Today some of the Rabbits learned to sew for the first time! They also enjoyed the forest school Halloween tradition of the walk of fear. (Ask your Rabbit if they tried it and if so what they might have stepped in.) They played with ropes and practiced knots, creating spider web mazes for each other and practicing tying each other up.
We can definitely see groups of close friends forming, but the class also mixes well and excels at organizing group games and imaginative play, which always features prominently during free time. Next week the Rabbits have requested to play Across Canada again (the highlight many of them mentioned during our Rose and Thorn debrief this week) and to play Mafia as a whole group. We look forward to those games and to more adventures together on the bluff.
See you next week Rabbits!
