What a treat to visit Mr. Tony's workshop. We can't thank you enough for the experience!

Since the land surrounding the workshop has been sold and is going to be developed, Mr. Tony gave us free range on the land. For once the teachers allowed the Owls to chop down trees, saw live branches and make a fire pit where ever we chose.

The Owls worked hard clearing a large spruce tree of its branches so that they could make a tree platform and zip line from it. It took a good portion of the day before the platform was made. We are impressed!

Calvin also built a table and Aikum built a bench!

Over lunch we roasted hot dogs and heated up beans. The Owls made the pit and fire all on their own!
