Starting the day with games in the bike track the Owls found a whole new space to explore. A large tree fell that has changed the bike track area drastically. The Owls say for the better as there is far more places to climb and possible shelter spaces. We spent some time doing a safety check and decided not to go underneath.
Congratulations Owls on your great success with the Market & Gropple Tournament! After the games we settled down to count the money and debrief the event. I am so proud at how the Owls came to the conclusion that even though it didn't go as expected it was a great success. Next year they are planning on ramping up the Blufee for a full on culinary market!
The Owls made a whopping $294! As a class we decided to go to Safeway and pick out the snacks as a class. Ashwin hurt his ankle so Aikam and Simon pulled him in the wagon. The class was split up into three groups - sweet, savoury and drinks. Well done Owls on your math skills, conversation skills, thinking about the group and just generally being awesome! The rafting trip next week will be fantastic!
