Nuthatches, Feb 7

Today once we got to our sit spot (after playing a few games along the way) we read a book on migration and how animals move from one place to another. The Nuthatches are keen observers and often notice animals in our area, squirrels, chickadees and they love to find tracks in the snow. After figuring out which of the animals we see migrate we acted out the animals in the book and did our own mini migrations. Free time was spent in the tool circle, kitchen or exploring the new forts that the other classes have built. We ended with drawing our favorite part of the day!
