May 28, Coyotes

The Coyotes spent the day oscillating between extreme relaxing (see the pictures of them on the beach!) and full on sports participation.

We began the day with some frisbee drills, which led to a game of Ultimate Frisbee. We ran hard, and got very hot, so took a quick trip to the river to cool off. Then, it was back to the beach volleyball net! We can see a noticeable difference in our skills - we're getting better!

The river found us splashing, throwing rocks, getting warm on the pebble beach, and playing volleyball in the water. We will continue to find ways to keep the Coyotes engaged during these last days, and also have time to enjoy each others' company. Thanks for having their bikes ready!
