It was such a pleasure to see the Coyotes again, including a few new additions to our pack! The group seemed to gel together very quickly, and were enjoying each other's company so much the day flew by!
We are exploring a circus theme, which lends itself nicely to art activities, activities that challenge our bodies and sense of space, and also engages us in performance activities. The Coyotes are all so creative and willing to be a part of a performance for the sake of the game; there is already a level of trust which means they can perform without fear - this is wonderful to see.
From here on in, we will ask the Coyotes to write the blog for the day; this will give us a chance to hear from the youth themselves, and provide great writing opportunities. The teachers will add thoughts as needed!
