Coyotes, January 10

upstreamforestschool

The Coyotes are dipping their toes into the waters of construction feedback, 'radical candor', or honesty with kindness. After our group events, we ask the Coyotes to give feedback to their team, and also to receive feedback on how everything went. We will begin to link what we are learning about ourselves to our personalities.

Our Mini Forest School was a success on so many levels! We had old friends come and visit, as well as new children interested in Forest School. The experience the Coyotes are giving them are invaluable! I also was able to observe how comfortable they are speaking in front of a group; this used to make them nervous a few months ago, and now with a small prompt, or without one, they are jumping in to explain and event or a transition. We are so proud of them!

PS - the carries are a part of our wilderness first aid...1 - 6 person carries!
