Coyotes, Dec 3

We are hosting a Secret Santa next week; your Coyote should bring a wrapped present, without a label on it, with a handmade gift inside.

And now...from Ari!

"Today we started with a fun rope challenge.  We tied two ropes parallel to each other onto two trees, then we had a person standing on each of the ropes, using each other for balance. Then we tried to shuffle across to the other side. Most of us made it basically to the end. After that, we made bows from branches and sinew. Then we went to the cabin for lunch and went through some emergency scenarios, discussing what to do in case of injury. 

After lunch we walked to a good spot to sled with an enormous jump. We couldn't gain enough momentum to get over the jump. Then we started chucking snowballs at each other. At the end of the day we had a sit-spot where you had to choose an animal that resembled someone in the class and explain why you chose that animal. Then we trudged back to the pick up spot which concludes our very fun day."
