Cottontails, Apr 26

upstreamforestschool

By request of the Cottontails we spent our time together at our old spot reminding ourselves about the half hitch knot we learned last week and choosing a good place to set up the tarp.

The Cottontails' imaginary play developed in to war, with both sides fighting strongly but staying hands-off at the same time. There were shows of strength using weapons, trying to take prisoners with ropes and loud war cries. Neither side backed down then the play moved on with each group choosing to create houses in the bushes or with the tarp.

Connecting Questions:

- What is a good spot for a tarp?

- What makes your house special?

- Did you notice any bugs at our spot?
