We are continuing our study of the food chain, using the words 'predator' and 'prey'; through books and games, they are gaining an awareness of how the natural works, and specifically, who eats who! The children had questions last week about who eats a skunk (who would want to?!?) and what a skunk eats! So, this week we read a book about skunks, and learned that, well, a skunk will eat anything! Being okay with chasing and being chased is also a skill we are developing. Thanks for having your Chickadees so well dressed!
