Burrowing Owls, Nov 30
Our morning was filled with a range of different interests:
- Drum and maraca making
- Drumming and singing
- Christmas craft making
- Playing kitchen
- Creating hedgehogs
The Burrowing Owls LOVE their Forest School unstructured time! After the high energy games the children choose what they would like to do and who they would like to be with. They are building social skills during the more focused time of playing together or working independently on a craft while sitting with others.
Connecting Questions:
- What activities did you get involved with?
- How did you all work together during the tarp challenge?
- How does the drumming make you feel?
- What would you like to do at Forest School now the snow has arrived?
