Using a map and compass we hid the essential items needed for a fire for the other group to find within a time limit. There was much concern that the matches and chocolate chips would not be found in time.
The second part of the challenge was to get a fire going. As you can see from the pictures a fire was started and the Burrowing Owls tried roasted banana with chocolate chips - yum yum!
